How You See the World Changes What You Build.

Michael Andreas 2 - Daily Vision

Michael Andreas

Co-Founder & Chief Visionary Officer

Andreas believes leadership is not a skill to be learned. It is a way of seeing that must be developed.

For more than three decades, he worked at the intersection of vision and execution, contributing to the development of $10 billion in world-class luxury resorts across the U.S. and Asia, including Aria, Wynn Palace, Encore Boston Harbor, and Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas and Macau. What he studied at that level wasn't hospitality or design. It was leadership itself. What separated the visionaries from the merely capable. What made one leader command genuine respect the moment they walked into a room, while another, equally skilled, never quite did.

The answer wasn't in strategy. It wasn't in talent. It was in something most leaders are never taught to see.

Andreas spent years mapping what he found, drawing from philosophy, neuroscience, literature, and the deeper patterns of human nature. The result was the Lens of Daily Vision, a proprietary way of seeing that reveals the architecture of a leader's character, presence, and vision.

Today, Andreas works exclusively with executives and entrepreneurs who have built something real, and are ready for what comes next. Not doing more. Becoming more.

Tiffany Cui

Co-Founder & CEO

Tiffany believes the most powerful leaders are not only the ones who perform best. They are the ones who lead as themselves.

Her own path made that conviction unavoidable. Two decades in corporate finance, years inside a cross-cultural startup bridging the U.S. and China, and ventures of her own in real estate and e-commerce. Along the way, she became the person other women founders turned to. Not because she had all the answers, but because she had walked the path.

When she encountered the Lens of Daily Vision through Andreas's work, something clicked. It gave language and structure to the challenges she had spent her career navigating.

Co-author of The Powerful She, Tiffany works primarily with women founders who are building something significant while leading as themselves.

“If you want to become a visionary leader, you need to work with Michael Andreas.”

The Lens of Daily Vision

Leadership is not a skill to be learned. It is a way of seeing that must be developed.

Three decades alongside visionary leaders taught Andreas that the ones who stood out were not doing more than their peers. They were seeing more. The question that followed shaped everything that came next. What if that way of seeing could be made visible, and then developed in anyone willing to look?

The Lens of Daily Vision is the result. It reveals the architecture of a leader. The forces that shape judgment. The patterns that drive decisions. The currents that strengthen or erode a leader under pressure. The invisible structure behind how a leader thinks, chooses, feels, and leads.

For the leaders who develop it, the Lens changes what becomes possible. Decisions clarify. Relationships shift. Energy stops leaking to patterns the leader has outgrown. The leader stops managing themselves and starts seeing themselves and others, which is where real authority begins.

It is not a method to be applied. It is a lens to be developed. Once developed, it changes what a leader perceives. And what they perceive changes what they create.
